Coastal Computer Care can provide remote technical support over the internet. This is often quicker than arranging an onsite visit.
Because we both must be at our computers for a remote session, be sure to call in advance to arrange a mutually agreeable time & date. Remote sessions can be initiated, on the fly, during a phone call.

If you are using Firefox, click SAVE and then open and run the file.
If you are using Internet Explorer, click RUN to run the file.
The program will be displayed and you will see an Your ID number which will be 3 sets of 3 numbers. Tell me this number and I will be able to remote into your computer.
When the remote support session is over, close the program from running and the password will no longer be usable.
